Welcome to www.belfordsfamilybutchers.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Belfords Family Butchers (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the customer. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. GENERAL
We operate from 43 Main Ave, Enfield EN1 1DJ. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & SPECIFICATIONS

Halal Certification: All our meat products are 100% HMC-certified halal.

Accuracy: We strive to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, images are for illustration purposes only.

Weights: Meat is a natural product; therefore, exact weights cannot always be guaranteed. We allow a weight tolerance of +/- 5%. The price charged is per unit/pack as stated at checkout.
3. SUBSTITUTIONS
Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or issue a refund. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant substitutions.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely online.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by your bank or card issuer.
5. YOUR ORDER

Contract: A contract is formed once you receive an automated order confirmation email.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and contact phone number are correct.

Cancellations: You may amend or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/collection. After this period, preparations have begun, and cancellations may not be accepted.
6. COLLECTIONS (Click & Collect)

Available 7 days a week during our opening hours.

You must select a date and time slot at checkout.

Please inspect your goods upon collection. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
7. DELIVERIES

Method: Deliveries are carried out by our own Belfords vehicles and staff to ensure maximum freshness.

Hours: Delivery takes place 7 days a week between 09:00 and 18:00.

Requirements: A recipient must be present. A valid phone number is mandatory.

Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being present, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Force Majeure: We reserve the right to delay or cancel deliveries due to traffic, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled slot will be offered.
8. DELIVERY AREAS (Postcodes)
We currently provide local delivery to the following postcodes:

N21 (2*) Orders placed outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded unless prior arrangements are made.
9. REFUNDS
For any service or product we cannot provide, a refund will be issued within 3 working days via the original payment method.
