At Belfords Family Butchers, we take pride in delivering the freshest halal meats directly to your door or having them ready for you to collect. Please read our policy below to understand how we manage our services.

Service Hours: Delivery and Collection services operate 7 days a week, between 09:00 and 18:00.
1. Service Options: Delivery & Collection
  • Home Delivery: Carried out by our own Belfords vehicles and professional staff to ensure quality control.
  • Collection (Click & Collect): Pick up your order directly from our store.

For both options, you can select your preferred day and time slot during the checkout process.

2. Freshness & Packaging

Your health and satisfaction are our priorities. All products are prepared to order by our master butchers, ensuring they are always fresh. Every item is packed in protective, high-quality packaging to maintain its freshness and temperature during transit.

3. Delivery Requirements & Conditions
  • Contact Information: For all delivery orders, a valid phone number for the recipient must be provided.
  • Address Accuracy: The delivery address must be clear and accurate.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if no one is present at the location during the chosen time slot, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
  • We currently provide local delivery to the following postcodes:

    • EN1 (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*)

    • EN2 (0*, 6*)

    • EN3 (4*, 5*)

    • N9 (7*)

    • N21 (2*) Orders placed outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Cancellations & Service Adjustments

Belfords Family Butchers reserves the right to cancel an order or decline delivery without prior notice due to:

  • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, heavy traffic, or unforeseen technical issues).
  • Any other reason at the management’s discretion.
5. Refunds & Unavailable Items

In the event that a service cannot be provided or an item is unavailable:

  • A full refund for the affected item/service will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days using the original payment method.
